I love the videos as well - Sarah's instruction is spot on and the breakdowns are great!
I'm really enjoying the core workout. I love how there are levels for each move plus instructions on how to make them harder after you reach the top level
The moves are not the usual crunches, push-ups, leg raises, etc. that most people know about and recommend when trying to gain strength
